She was the star, she knew she was. This was her debut, her chance to finally shine. She sat in front of her changing room mirror. The production wasn’t big enough to warrant make up artists but she had been able to get them to pay for her makeup. She knew exactly how she wanted her face done. She knew how she wanted to look for the scene, she had gone over her lines over and over again and knew the perfect delivery for each word.
She finished dressing and made her way to stage one. She was ready to shine. She walked on to the scene and took her place, she let the camera do the rest as she knew that her acting was enough.
