I have been running for 10 weeks now, and one questions I keep asking myself is; does it get easier?
Will there be a time when my body feels zero pain because it’s so used to it?
Will there be a time when I become a natural runner?
Will there be a time when I won’t be counting down the minutes and willing myself to carry on?
Will there be a time when I enjoy running so much that I get to 30 minutes and don’t even notice and keep running?
These are all the questions I ask myself whilst getting past my first 10 minutes of the 30 minutes run, wondering how I can do anymore. I mean it must get easier or else people would just stop. There must be a point when it becomes fun, when I want to go for a run instead of forcing myself to do it. I’m excited for that time to come.

Yes. Yes. Yes. Yes. Yes. Running brings me joy, although it took awhile to get there. Keep at it!
