The one thing I hate about jogging is the boredom. It is so boring, there is nothing to do whilst running. Listening to music gets dull after 5 mins and then I run out of thoughts because they save themselves until I’m ready to go to bed. I just don’t understand how people do it.
Today at the gym I decided to put on The Office whilst running on the treadmill and even that got boring after 5 minutes. I didn’t know what to do with myself whilst jogging or how to make the time go faster.
If anyone has any tips on how to keep myself entertained whilst jogging please let me know.
