Whilst walking through Holland’s and Barrett in search of my chai seeds, I stumbled upon goji berries. I remembered stumbling upon them before, opening a pack and hating the taste. But this time I thought it’d be different. This time I thought that my taste buds would have developed enough for me to appreciate the taste. However, I was wrong, I still dislike the taste, but after a google search of the numerous benefits of goji berries, I’ve also realised that with time I’ll become used to the taste. So goji berries have officially become part of my morning porridge. Instead of just porridge with chai seeds, lentils, pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds, it will now also have goji berries.
